M washer is 15+ it is a hand me down GE. There is a small wet patch that showed up under it. Can you tell what it could be my Dryer went out recently. Am deciding to buy used set or to fix whether it is worth it.

This issue would either be a tub seal, pump or hose. You would have to take unit apart to determine the exact cause of the leak.
