Hi there , my dish washer is not getting water into it to wash the dishes. Could the water pump be not pumping the water from the hot water line? Checked and there is water pressure. This is the 2nd washer in 5 years. please help. thanks

ANSWER Hello Travis,
You will want to make sure that there is power getting to the water valve. You should have 120 vac when the unit is calling for water. If the water valve is getting 120 vac then the water valve is bad and needs to be replaced.
