When I ran the error code test I come up with codes E22, E23 and E70. I checked the water supply, hoses, filters/screens and everything is good. I ran the t08 hot water test and it failed. Water would trickle out but the machine would eventually time out. The t09 cold water test passed with no issues. I'm assuming that this would be a faulty water valve since it seems to be getting power to partially operate the hot and fully operate the cold valves. In regards to the E23 error I ran the t06 water level control test and it passed with no issues. No leaks are detected. Regarding the E70 error code, it only shows up intermittently. Acording to the directions it says to separate the control from the control housing and clean. If that doesn’t repair the problem, replace the control. What is the control? Is that referring to the control board? Thank you for your help.

ANSWER Jeff, You will first want to check the strainers on the hot water valve and check to make sure that it is not plugged up with debris. If it is clear then you want to replace the water valve. When they are referring to the control they are talking about the main control board.
