I'm trying to sell my home and have a freestanding LG range. Unfortunately this as the only issue with inspection, as the range is not connected to an anti-tip bracket. There is cabinetry on both sides, and I can't figure out how to get the anti-tip bracket to reach from the back. I'm curious if I can make use of this anti-tip arm somehow. Do I need to install something in the wall that sits out above it (thus preventing the range from lifting up)? I'm uncertain what to install to the wall to make the arm useful. Thanks!
ANSWER Hello Melissa. You mount the anti tip to the floor and slide the back leg of the unit into the slot of the bracket EBZ37213201. Hope this helps.
