Is this the high voltage diode that is connected to the high voltage capacitor. Why is it called the cable assembly? Can I get technical support to confirm what the ohm reading in both direction should be?

ANSWER Hello Keith. Yes, the cable assembly 6851W1A001V is the diode for the model number you provided. You should only be able to read through the diode in one direction. If the diode reads both ways, it is bad. Hope this helps.
