I have a DLE7177WM dryer that I need to do some maintenance on. I see from the various exploded views that most things are accessible from the front. Can I remove the front cover alone or do I need to first remove the top & control panel?

ANSWER Hello Peter. Unfortunately on this design machine you do need to remove the main top and control panel assemblies. There are 4 screws holding the front panel on that are hidden behind the control panel assembly. Hope this was useful!
