Note: This question is for the older version of this part, but we thought you might still find it helpful
The interior LED light in this refrigerator flickers occasionally. There are lights on the top ("ceiling") as well as the back wall. Both flicker together. It doesn't happen all the time, but frequently. It is a regular flicker (on for a second, off for a second), not random. What can it be? On the parts diagram, I only see one LED unit (on the top). Does that control both the top and back lights? Is there anything else that might be the problem, or perhaps just a loose connection?
You should check your wire connections first, but it sounds like you are getting a pulsing from the main control board. You will want to check for steady voltage to the leds. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
