The soap dispenser is locked or stuck. I pulled off the cover but cannot pull open the soap dispenser
ANSWER Hi Ernie. Remove the top by removing the back 3, T-20 torx screws. Slide the top back 3/4" and then up and off from the cabinet side top studs. Make sure to realign it so the top goes on correctly. You may need to decide to remove the outer dispenser housing completely part # 4925ER1015B if it is impossible to remove the dispenser from the front with needle nose pliers. How and why it allowed the front soap dispenser complete part # AGL31660913 to come off means it is obviously jammed inside stuck in the inner tracks. Look inside to see if the softener caps are up too far and creating the jamming. Make sure all fabric softener build up id completely cleaned from the siphon ports and the inside of the siphon caps inside and outside. If it has any build up- it will cock and jam the dispenser. Thank You.
