I am trying to find the replacement of the LG french door grey seal on the inside sides of the french doors. It is tearing. Obvious its not gaskets. It is a soft rubbery feel grey color sealant that comes together when you open and shut the french doors. Can you help me find a part number? Hope I have described it to you well. We have a repair tech coming tomorrow. So far they have ordered the wrong part. Again, its not the gasket. Thanks, Cindy.

ANSWER Hello Cynthia! It seems that the parts that you are looking for are the gasket retainers. Use part number 4931JJ2002E for the right hand side door and use part number 4931JJ2002F for the left hand side door. Thanks!
