We pulled the freezer door off it was frozen on the bottom. We cant get it back on. The hinges look ok but unable to get it back on? Help.
ANSWER Hi Ralph. Look carefully at the drawer gears and rod going to the lt. and rt. side. There is a section of the gear purposely missing a tooth on each in order to match and align this to the inner side rack mount system. Start the gear w/out the rod on the rt. side in the proper progression. Then do the same on the left side as you also place the rod between the both of them. This way when you insert it all together everything is timed together and does not jam. Make sure you get the leading edge of the door mounts into the top open slots as you begin to lower them down to a level horizontal position. Then insert one screw in each side to hold them in so you are not able to lift the whole door assy up while the door is opened or closed. Thank You.
