My LG front load gives me an LE error code, I replaced the stator hall sensor, inspected the the magnets and all look good. The stator ohms out at 8 ohms on all 3 windings. I ohm’d out all the wires to the stator and sensor from the control board. It does work sometimes, if I put a meter on the control PCB at the motor connector when it works I get 50 to 70 volts AC, but while monitoring the voltage when it errors I see the meter go from 1.2 volts to 2 volts and a few seconds later it errors. The motor does not hum or vibrate so it appears it is not getting the voltage to turn. My recir pump is very noisy but it apprear to be working fine as I can see the water cascading down the front door. Do I have a bad control board or is the stator bad, or could it be the recir pump giving me a pressure fault. Thanks
ANSWER Hello Murray. Based on the voltage readings you got, it sounds like the control board 6871ER1023R is at fault and will need to be replaced in the unit.
