My LG LMX 25984 ST refreg has an ER IF or 1F. When researching it appears the icemaker fan if not working. The lower freezer and upper refreg are getting cold, just not the icemaker. I can feel air cold air coming out of the damper in the refeg when I have the unite in test mode 1, but no air coming out of the ports where the ice maker receives its cold air. I have read that it could be the fan or the control board. I have also read that it maybe the connector on the icemaker fan motor. What part would you recommend to replace first. Do I need the fan motor or the Duct Assembly part number AP4440210? Or do you recommend a different part to replace.

ANSWER Hello David,
The icefan duct assembly 5209JA1044A is the most likely culprit but before ordering you would want to remove it to make sure that there is just no ice causing it to not rotate.
