I am having trouble getting this off. All the screws have been removed but it seems to be stuck.

ANSWER Hello Liane. To remove this part, you would need to remove all the screws surrounding the edge of the filter. You will then need to remove the center "holder" piece. Once this part has been removed, the filter should lift up and out. I hope this info helps!
