i have no water entering the filter but i have water and ice.
is there a bypass somewhere on the filter head or somewhere else.
is there a clog that may have caused this?
ANSWER Gene, You're on the right track. You'll need to remove the lower shelves and crispers, and check the water reservoir(Tubing) to see if it has froze. If that's the csae, you'll need a blow dryer to melt the ice in the tubes, and reset to refrigerator temperature control warmer. Also check and make sure the articles on the shelves are not creating a blockage in the air flow.
