My door gasket is leaking. Will part number 4986ER004F work on my model? Mine has 3 small holes at the bottom of the gasket.

Yes the part number 4986ER0004F will be the door boot for your unit. To remove you will need to remove the front panel of unit to access the clamp that holds the door boot in place.
