The heating unit I have in a LG DLEO332W dryer is a 5301EL1001A and according to the Cross Reference Information 5301EL1001J is compatible or the current model. On the “J” unit the High Limit Thermostat has two posts for the white wire, where the “A” unit only has one post. Do you leave the second posts on the “J” unit open since there is not a second wire to attach?
ANSWER Hello Glen. Yes, leave open where the white wire is, but you must attach to the other terminal on the high limit with the single wire.
