Water is not heating at all.
NO HE error code. No TE error code.
When running LG check program, I get 36 for the heater which is normal. I get 33 for the thermistor and I should get 39.
Inlet valve check doesn't return a steady number, but keeps cycling through numbers without stopping.
I have checked the tub filling and draining normally.
Is there anything other than the heater/thermistor element that could cause the problem?
I am thinking about the control panel. Is there a "secret combination" of button pushes to check it out?
There is no reputable authorized repair service within a hundred miles of me.
ANSWER Hello Ed. It sounds like the control board is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. The heater and the thermistor are within specs on the unit.
