The ice maker tray that captures the ice lies in two rails. The rail on the left side is broken. There is a plug on the rear of the rail that mates with a hole in the fridge left wall and the plug has broken off leaving the rail hanging loose. How can I repair and what parts do I need?
Thank you very much for your advice,
ANSWER Laurence, the guide rail for the left side is part number 4974JA1064B. You'll need to remove the ice bucket, remove the screws holding the rail and remove the rail. Install in reverse order. Thanks!
