On the HI/LOW/OFF light switch only the HI light works. Do I need a new bulb?
Or is the problem the switch? How do I fix the problem?

ANSWER Hello Tom. Test and see if there is power coming from the switch on the low setting. If so, then you will need to replace the halogen lamp 6912W3H001D. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
