I have the LG LSC26905TT; the ice maker works, but it doesn't turn off when the tray fills up. It will continue making ice and eventually brake the tray that slides in over top the ice housing. Do you know what part is supposed to make the ice maker turn off when the ice fills up? Also, I'm having difficulty locating the tray on your site. It looks like number 148e? on the diagrams.
The shelf is part number 5027JJ1098D. The motor on the icemaker is what has the cut off switch in it and if the arm is not shutting the icemaker off then you would need to replace the icemaker 5989JA1005D.
