With the racks out and bottom spray assembly out there is water coming out of the bottom and top at the same time. Has cleaning issue and don't hear water spraying against the door like it used to do. Lower pressure inside unit. Has clear filter and does fill up.

As long as the unit fills sufficiently, there is either another screen down inside the pump stopping up, the impeller has debris wrapped around it, or a piece of broken glass has worn the impellers down.
