My washer keeps going off balance even though I try to readjust clothes. The tub is filled with water and will only drain if on the no spin cycle. This problem has been occurring intermittently for about 4 months, but now it will not spin at all. What part(s) need to be replaced?

ANSWER Shauna, check your dampers 383EER3001E (shocks) to see if any are broken or loose. Hope this helps!
