We had a power outage, and afterward the compressor wouldn't kick on. The fridge powers on, the fan blows but no cold air to either side.
I tested the fuses on the PCB board and they seem ok. My question is: Is the board bad? And how can I make sure before I buy a new one?

ANSWER Hello Brian. Test for power to the compressor. If none is there and the fans run, replace the main control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
