Note: This question is for the older version of this part, but we thought you might still find it helpful
Hi. I was so, so, happy when your company was able to get my part to me the day before but unfortunately it did not work. Before; my oven superheated and now it just won't heat at all. Replaced the pcb assembly, main part number ebr32401001.I can hear the breakers click on, it says it is preheating, on convection the fan works but there is no heat even after 10-15 minutes. Thank you so much for being here and letting me ask my question. Maybe I can have it by Christmas cookie time.
ANSWER Hi. Use a volt/ohm meter part # TJMA-DM1 to assist you in your diagnostics. To the Rt of the clock inside is a sub relay panel part # 6871W1N011A. Ohm out the round oven thermostat part # 6930W1A003X has 2-terminals on the back of the oven cavity. If it is open (no continuity) then it needs replaced and it will not pass current to the bake element. Disconnect one wire from the bake terminal and ohm the element for resistance. It should read closed. Ohm out each terminal to the outer element sheath to see if it is shorted to the element itself as well. Thank You.
