This pump does not live on this dishwasher. Could you please look at this again and advise how to test the washer pump that is on this model or provide advise as to deciding between the PCB or Washer pump as the culprit? Thanks.

ANSWER Hello Tom. You will test for 120 volts to the pump 4681EA2002H when the unit is in drain mode. If there is power to the pump and it does not run, replace pump. No, power, replace the pcb assembly 6871DD1014B. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
