We are having an intermittent problem with the start button on the dryer. It sometimes takes several attempts at pushing it before it works. We were told it could be a logic/circuit board issue. Could part number LG 6871EC1115A PWB(pcb)be a possible remedy to the problem?
ANSWER Hello Greg. Yes, based on the information you provided, it sounds like the PWB board 6871EC1115A may be bad on the unit and need to be replaced. Make sure the start button on the control panel 3721EL0004A is not broken and if not, replace the PWB.
