Red light on pcb is on, my understanding is this indicates a faulty board...replaced board with light and new board has light as well. Using a board with red light yields incomplete function in test mode but no error codes. Does red light indicate faulty board as service manual states? What could be causing new boards to go faulty if that is the case?
ANSWER Hello Carlos. It has to be the red light on the number 1 LED for it to indicate a faulty control board 6871ER1003E. It sounds like you may have other issues than the board on this model and will need to look for a wiring issue or another part issue with the unit.
