Ordered 4351W1A003A to replace 4370W1A014 on my microwave (order 3041133). It Looks similar, sits nicely over the rotating axle, and it would have worked nicely except for one thing: - The diameter of the bottom wheel of the assembly (the wheel that touches the frame of the microwave and draws the circle of rotation) is THREE TO FOUR MILLIMETERS WIDER than the original one. As a result, assembly holds the tray higher than the turntable itself. The tray is never seated properly and is always unstable. When the ring assembly rotates, it slips under the ridge it abuts against, and the whole tray assembly is lifted up off the normal track. I don't know how to replace the new wheel with the old one, I'm sure it would work. Is there a workaround? Do you know if the replacement turntable is also 3-4 millimeters higher? That could solve the problem. Please help. Ara K. Y.
ANSWER Hello Ara,
I'm not sure if I'm looking at the correct thing or not since the model number was incomplete. If the last three digits of the model number is 500, the correct part number for the turntable ring would be 5889W1A014B, 5889W1A014B. If you could re-post with the full model number, we can answer with more precision. I'm rather sure you have ordered the wrong one since appliance parts are model specific and many times are not interchangeable.
