Our drier is a few years old and has a large thump like a shoe is in the drier. Is it the drum support roller? Should I or do I need to replace all four?

ANSWER Hello Tony. Yes, it sounds like the roller 4581EL2002C is bad and will need to be replaced. It is best to replace all 4 at once. Hope this helps.
