When our dryer is on it has a thumping sound on each turn. It sounds like a roller going bad. I have not opened yet but had similar noise in a previous dryer. You show roller assy and another part for the roller about 4x more in cost what is the difference

The roller part number 4581EL3001A is just the roller. Part number 4581EL2002C is the complete roller and shaft assembly.
