The plastic teeth are stripped out on my rotor assembly. Does this indicate possibly another problem with bearings, etc., to cause the teeth to strip. I can spend the tub, it spends freely and I do not see loose motion or excess grease on the outer bearing that is visible. I have heard a noise the last couple of weeks during the spin cycles. Any ideas? Could the noise be caused by the rotor assembly?

ANSWER Hello Danny. It sounds like the bearings 4280FR4048L and 4280FR4048E are bad and are causing the issues. You will need to replace the bearing and the rotor. Hope this helps.
