my LG tromm washer makes a humming noise & the LE error code shows up. opened the rotor & stator assembly. noted there's a corrosion/rust accumulating on the stator (side of the sensor). what could be the cause of this? should i replace the sensor only or the stator assembly? thanks in advance.

The LE error code indicates a a locked motor error. The error would most likely be caused by a bad stator assembly and this is what you would want to replace 4417FA1994G.
