Dehumidifier does not turn on. I get a flashing red light saying the bucket is full. I checked out the switch with my volt meter and have continueity. When I un-plug and plug back in the fan runs for about 2 to 3 seconds then I get the bucket light flashing and the humidity indicator shows 1%. Can't change the persentages, but the fan speed does change(fan not running). Thought maybe the sensor is bad but not sure how to check it out. I did see a posting where some one blow warm air on the sensor, I tryed it with no change.
ANSWER Hello Don. You need to test and see if the switch is good. NC to COM should read closed and NO to COM should read open. These should reverse when the switch 6600A30003C is pressed in. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
