Dehumidiefier will run about 3 minutes then shut off-no matter what setting it is set at. Is there a humity sensor or something like that that could be the problem? The red light does not come on-bucket is empty-seems like a sensor to me. Everything works fine- just shuts off in 2-3 minutes. I tried different rooms, it is not the room humidity. I am sure it's some sensor but dont know what one, where it is, or what its called? Please help me out. Thank You
ANSWER Hi. Unfortunately the control board is no longer available but there is a sensor part # 6877A30013V that you can use. They are clip mounted to each coil section. Make sure the filters are clean as well as the coils for proper freon circulation. This will all help. Thank You.
