The model number is a best guess as this was sent to me without a manual and there is NO model number on the machine anywhere. I picked the one where the picture looks as close to mine and the manual instructions on line look the most similar.
The bucket full light stays on. I took apart the switch to see if it was sticking and it was not, but it still shows as being full even though empty.
Is there any way to tell if it is the sensor or the switch that needs to be replaced? And when you replace these items what is the likelihood of it actually working again?
Can either of these be reset before purchasing parts?

The issue sounds like it would be a water level switch in the drain pan area. You can check the switch for continuity. Unfortunately we do not show that the switch is an available part to get.
