Getting UE-code. Will shock absorbers fix that proplem? Won't spin completely at end of cycle.

Jerry for Model Number WM2487HRMGETTING

ANSWER Hi Jerry. UE-code has a few issues. Too small load? Un-level, tilted appliance? Level and tighten leg nuts up against the bottom of the base to keep locked. Balance front to back and side to side. Unbalanced load? Non distributable items put into drum. Make sure the leg rubber pads are griping a clean floor. Leg part # AFC72909501. The shocks also can be the issue, part # 383EER3001J. If they are leaking and all else is verified not to be the issue. Remove the top panel and see if the 2-center tub springs are in place in the plastic runners in the corresponding frame supports. Spring part # 4970FR2084P. Make sure all tub weights are tight. Make sure all shipping bolts have been removed from the back. Thank You.
