I see a qty of (4) shipping bolt hole locations for my machine. Which bolt goes in what hole?

ANSWER Hello Don! I do apologize for the confusion, after further research with the manufacture your appliance will use two 4011FR3159D and two 4011FR3159E. We do not know the actual locations where these are installed. Thanks.
