This is showing as the replacement for my model refrigerator. However, my original does not have the green grounding wire on it. Where would the green grounding wire attach from this part in my refrigerator?

ANSWER Hello DIYer. The green wire on the socket EAG40099101 attaches to the metal lamp cover. Hope this helps.
