The spider has disintegrated and each arm has rotted and broken off. Why has this happened? Is there a warranty for this?

ANSWER Hello Pau. It sounds like the spider 4434ER0002A is bad and will need to be replaced. As for the warranty, you will need to contact the manufacture for a factory warranty. We are a parts supplier. However, if you purchase the part from us, you will have a 1 year warranty on the part.
