Fills but won't drain, gives error code??
I removed all the parts necessary inside the tub to get down to the impeller. I cannot turn it by hand at all. Does that indicate a bad motor? Also in looking at parts what all parts are included in the sump assembly?
ANSWER Hello John. Yes, based on the information you provided you will need to replace the sump assembly 3485ED1002B. It has a new drain and circulation pump and new actuator and sensor as well as the heater.
