I Have a WM2277HW I replaced the drain pump the door switch because I was getting errors OE and Door error. My machine cycles all the way to rinse gets stock like for 5-10 mins. and then gives me an OE error. Last night I had to unplug the washer because the door would not open.Someone please help.
ANSWER German, The "OE" error code indicates a "drain" issue. If the control doesn't see the pump empty, or thinks there's water in the tub, the door will not unlock. Your next check needs to be the water level sensor 6601ER1006E and the air tube between the switch and the tub connection. Disconnect the hose from the switch and blow in the end of the hose, this usually clears any debris or clogs in the hose.
