My machine is making a noise from the left side, as if it is a card in the spokes of a bicycle. It happens before a wash or spin cycle. It is loud. Does it have something to do with the water being pumped out of the machine? It happens throughout the wash cycle, not at just one point during the cycle.

ANSWER Hello Michelle. You need to check and see if something is stuck inside the pump. If not, replace the pump 4681EA2001T on the unit.
