The dryer isnt fully drying the clothes. Ive noticed that after starting the dryer it showed 58 minutes on the timer then ran for about 4 minutes then dropped the timer down to 34 minutes. Then ran for another few minutes and dropped the timer down again to 4 minutes. Its producing heat just fine but not running for the full time showing on the timer. I believe this dryer has a built in sensor that can determine how dry the clothes are and either reduce the drying time or increase needed time. Is this a sensor or themostat problem?
ANSWER Hello Alan. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the thermistor 6323EL2001B is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit.
