LG dryer - will not heat. Cleaned vent hoses. Were very dirty. Is there a reset button if venting was problem? when dryer is running - the cooling led lights are on.
ANSWER Hello Bill,
There would be a thermal fuse that you would want to check. 6323EL2001B Thermistor 6931EL3002A thermostat, if either of these parts are bad you will not have heat. You want to check continuity on them to ensure that they are not bad. If no continuity then they are bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
