I replaced the water line to this fridge,at first 0 water would come out. The next morning I get about a shot glass of water from the water dispenser. The ice maker is working fine. I go back 1/2 hour later and get another shot glass of water.
ANSWER Hello Paul,
You may want to recheck to make sure that there are no kinks in the line. You also would want to check the water valve in the refrigerator compartment. This is located at the bottom of the left door. Remove the shelf and remove screw holding cover in place. You will want to check to make sure that the dispenser valve is getting proper voltage. If it is but is not getting water through valve then the valve would need to be replaced. When testing you will want to put piece of tape over the light switch at top of unit or you will get a false reading. Check for 12 vdc when you push the button for water. If you do not have 12vdc then you want to check unit to find out where you are losing power. If you do get 12 vdc check to make sure water line is not kinked at the dispenser and if not then you would need to replace the valve 5220JB2008A.
