How do I go from 3 prong to 4prong cord?

ANSWER Hello Danny. Remove the 3 prong and hook the black and red wires of the 4 prong to the two outside screws on the terminal block. Then install the white wire in the center and the green wire goes to the green ground screw on the unit.
