Hi - I have a Bosch HES7282U oven - The temperature is always off by 50 or 60 degrees - The oven is only 2 years old - We already increased the offset but we're still having this problem - The oven can each a high temperature if we set the temp higher- So if we set it to 400 the oven temp will reach approx 350 - I've also seen where in preheating the oven, lets say to 350 the tempertaure goes up to 350 or so and then starts to drop down 30 or so degrees
Any thoughts? Probe? Relay board(how hard is the relay board to replace)?? Any part numbers you stock would be appreciated

ANSWER Jeremy,
You will want to test your sensor probe 422089. The probe resistance should be approximately 1100 ohms resistance at room temp. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
