Microwave heats up, but don't hear cooling fan. Interior light is dim, fan is spinning but does not appear fast enough to be cooling. All other functions are ok. No longer using for fear of burning up magnetron.
ANSWER Hello D.Montoya. Check and see if the proper voltage is coming to the unit, and from the control board to the fan motor. Be careful as you are dealing with live power here and inside the microwave is High Voltage parts and can be dangerous. If the voltage going to the fan motor is bad, but the voltage coming to the microwave is good, replace the PBC assembly W10127098. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
