When it comes time to drain, machine stops and after a few minutes displays "ND" code. I checked for obstructions, but everything was clear so I replaced the pump. That did not fix the problem. I then checked for power at the pump, with machine on during the wash cycle I get 20V at the pump. When it comes time to drain, I get 86V and the pump does not drain. Do I need a new control board?
ANSWER Hello Russ. I would suggest clearing out the drain hose. It sounds more like a clog than a pump issue. However, if all is clear, and the unit will not move water, replace the board on the unit.
