Hi, I have samsung washer WF337AAG/XAA I believe I have a bad pump. It won't drain nor spin, won't spin only because of standing water, once manually drained it will spin but not drain any further.
My question is, I see that you have a pump and a pump assembly as purchase options. You have the pump in stock but not the assembly. I was wondering is just the pump all that I need, and I can just swap it into the existing assembly? Or do I need the whole assembly? Obviously, I would love to just order the pump and swap out, ... Is this acceptable and relatively easy to do? (I already removed and put back the assembly.) Thanks so much, Scott
ANSWER Hello Scott. Test for power to the pump. If there is power there, and the pump does not run, you will need to order and replace the pump in the unit.
